Please work to close any existing tickets prior to January 18th. Starting January 18th, 2023, the LTS Help Desk will be utilizing TeamDynamix to enter and track support tickets. Starting August 1st, 2022, all contacts to ResCom will be rerouted to the LTS Help Desk. Contact us today: 71 or visit us in VLL 1106. We are available to help through phone, email and in-person consultations. We coordinate the referral of faculty, student and staff questions to the appropriate resources. The LTS Help Desk is the front line of support regarding learning and technology services.

📌Note: As the QuickSupport module is a run-only executable that does not run as an installed service, it cannot utilize multi-user mode. Therefore, parallel and individual work in each session is possible.After activating the Enhanced multi-user support, there are two different IDs:1) Server IDThe TeamViewer ID of the console of the server operating system (as if one were physically sitting in front of the server)2) User IDThe TeamViewer ID of the user currently logged into the server using RDP.💡Hint: Both the user ID and the server ID are always visible under Help -> About TeamViewer:
